Hugh Ballou is a Transformational Leadership Strategist and the President of SynerVision International, Inc. After forty years of musical conducting experience, he now works as executive coach, process facilitator, trainer, and motivational speaker, teaching leaders from many diverse fields the fine-tuned skills employed every day by orchestral conductors. Hugh is the author of eight books on Transformational Leadership and is a recognized expert in working with leaders in churches, religious organizations, businesses, and nonprofits.

Andy Morikawa recently retired as the founding Executive Director of the Community Foundation of the New River Valley, a public foundation helping donors make impactful contributions to address community needs. He now serves as IPG Fellow at Virginia Tech’s Institute for Policy & Governance. He does engagement and facilitation work for community projects, working on governance and board development. He serves on community, national, and international boards. Andy works with executive and trustee leaders to design and develop an architecture of engagement by which to build their own most effective organizations.

Angelia Snipes specializes in working with disadvantaged individuals, organizations and businesses. She has over 15 years of experience in event planning, speaking, and trade show and program development. Her mission is to be the focal point in establishing a consortium to create career opportunities, partnerships and economic stability, to improve the quality of life in which all economically-disadvantaged entities will have the same access to educational and workforce development skills training that will ultimately increase self-sufficiency and economic growth within one’s organization, community and state.

Dr. Kevin A. Williams is the Senior Pastor of Monument of Praise Ministries and New Jerusalem Cathedral. Building on the legacy of his parents in birthing New Jerusalem Cathedral, he has run with the vision and built a progressive international ministry.
The latest addition to the body is a ministry founded in East London, South Africa. Dr. Williams is highly regarded as one of the most acclaimed, dynamic, prophetic, and spirit-filled ministers in the nation. His personal fulfillment is that of being a humble servant to the voice of God. Founder of R.U.B.A and other renowned outreach organizations, his heartbeat is to see souls saved.
Dr. Williams is a prolific speaker, teacher, preacher, and educator. He is an author of rising acclaim, the expert in turning points, with his new book release, Turning Point.

The Reverend Dr. William H. Willimon is Professor of the Practice of Christian Ministry at The Divinity School, Duke University. He has recently retired after serving eight years as Bishop of the North Alabama Conference of The United Methodist Church, where he led the 157,000 Methodists and 792 pastors in North Alabama. For twenty years prior to the episcopacy, he was Dean of the Chapel and Professor of Christian Ministry at Duke University, Durham, North Carolina.
He is the author of sixty books. His Worship as Pastoral Care was selected as one of the ten most useful books for pastors in 1979 by the Academy of Parish Clergy. Over a million copies of his books have been sold. In 1996, an international survey conducted by Baylor University named him one of the Twelve Most Effective Preachers in the English-speaking world.
