I got this title from a blog post by Seth Godin who demonstrates, in his daily posts, an amazing economy of words. He expresses complex concepts in few words. Leaders use too many words and confuse people who are attempting to understand. Then we worry that nothing will get done.
If you lead people and aren’t getting the results from them that you have expected, then it’s time to improve your communications.
Think before speaking.
